Spaghetti With Carbonara Sauce

ingredients Spaghetti With Carbonara Sauce :

4 tablespoons butter
8 beef bacon, cut into small pieces
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup grated cheese permesan
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
450 gr spaghetti
7 liters of water



Beat the butter to become soft.
Prepare a bowl, beat eggs and egg yolks until blended. Add 1/2 cup cheese and stir well.
Preheat the oven heat-resistant bowl.
Boil water and salt, cook spaghetti until al dente and mature.
Cook the bacon until cooked beef cuts. Set aside.
add half the butter and add the chili powder and cream. Cook over low heat.
Place the cooked spaghetti in a bowl that has been heated. Add the remaining butter. Stir well.
Add the cream and bacon and cheese and beaten eggs. The heat of the spaghetti will ripen eggs.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with a sprinkling of grated cheese.
