Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredient Kung Pao Chicken


500 grams of chicken meat, cut into pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
1 green bell pepper, cut into pieces
3 dried chilies, cut in two
1 leek, cut into pieces
150 grams of cashew nuts, fried
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons sauce kung pao, ready to buy
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon flavoring, if desired
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch plus 3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Cooking oil to taste

How to Make Kung Pao Chicken Recipe:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant, put chicken, kung pao sauce, flavorings, pepper, dried chilli, salt. Stir well, cook until done.
2. Add red and green bell pepper, sesame oil, scallions and stir well. Give cornstarch solution. Stir well, remove from heat.
3. Sprinkle with cashews, remove from heat.
4. Serve

For 8 portions
