Steak seasoning soy sauce

2 slices of beef sirloin @ 150 grams
1 1/2 teaspoon of meat tenderizer (can be replaced with grated pineapple)
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce english
pepper and seasonings to taste
1 onion, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons butter
Brown sause:
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1 onion, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon chili sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
sufficient water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt, seasoning, and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
Duchesse potatoes:
400 g of potatoes
1 egg white
salt, ground nutmeg, and pepper to taste
1 egg yolk
complement:
1 teaspoon butter
100 grams of vegetable mix
salt and sugar to taste
How to make Steak seasoning soy sauce:
At the meat to the wide-o'clock, then coat with meat tenderizer, parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce english, pepper, seasoning and chopped onions. 30 minutes to allow flavors to infuse. Serve steaks with sauce, Duchesse potatoes and accessories.
