Frikadellen U. Bratkartoffeln

Ingredients Frikadellen U. Bratkartoffeln (Beef Meatball ):

750 grams of minced beef
5 pieces of white bread
onions 4 pieces
3 cloves garlic
red onion 2 eggs
chicken eggs 4 items
beef bouillon powder 1 teaspoon
pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
enough hot water
700 ml of cooking oil

Ingredients Potatoes:

1 kg potatoes, peeled, soaked in cold water, cut into thin strips 1 cm round, boiled
2 pieces of onion, thinly sliced
nutmeg powder 1/2 teaspoon
ground pepper to taste
salt to taste
How to Make Frikadellen U. Bratkartoffeln:

Meat cakes: Soak bread in hot water until destroyed. Set aside.
Mix all remaining ingredients except cooking oil, mix well and squeeze until the onions wilt.
Insert the bread, stirring until dough is smooth.
Take 1 tablespoon of dough, rounded shape.
Heat oil, fry the mixture over low heat until cooked and golden brown color. Remove and drain.
Fried Potatoes: Heat oil, fry the potatoes for a while. Remove, drain and set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute onions until fragrant. Enter the potatoes, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir and cook until done. Lift.
Place the fries on a serving dish, give it to the meat cakes.
Serve.
