Tom Yam Goong Soup

Tom Yam Goong Soup Ingredients :
seasoning broth
1800 broth shrimp / chicken / water
3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
3 cm ginger, crushed
3 lime leaves
4 tablespoons fish sauce / sauce nampla
1 cm ginger, crushed
Tbsp oil 2 tsp chili
1/2 tsp fine salt
3 pieces of red chili sauce, puree / namprik
1 clove garlic, crushed

flavor content Tom Yam Goong Soup
300 g large prawns, remove heads and clean
100 grams of edible mushroom
8 pieces cayenne pepper, left whole
1 stalk lemongrass, white grab. cut into pieces
5 coriander leaves, finely shredded
2 lime leaves, thinly sliced
5 tablespoons lime juice

How to make Tom Yam Goong Soup
1. Kaldu.air simmer. Enter the lemongrass, ginger, galangal, garlic and other spices broth. Boil until boiling. lift, strain. 2. Reheat the broth, add shrimp, mushrooms, chili and lemongrass beef. Bring to a boil again. Just before the lift, pour the lime juice and cilantro. lift. sajikkan heat.
