ingredients Chicken Katsu:
2 pieces of chicken fillet, trimmed up as thick as 1 1/2 cm
1 tbsp plain flour
1 egg, beaten
200 gr Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Chicken Katsu:
Prepare the oil in a skillet for frying.
Coat chicken with flour, dip and soak in the beaten egg, then roll and seal the surface with Panko.
Fry until golden brown and cooked

"Panko" is the name of brand breadcrumbs from japan, if not, you can replace with another brand
