Chicken Katsu

If you usually eat chicken katsu in a Japanese restaurant, it's time to make chicken katsu at home. really easy ^ ^


ingredients Chicken Katsu:

2 pieces of chicken fillet, trimmed up as thick as 1 1/2 cm
1 tbsp plain flour
1 egg, beaten
200 gr Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Chicken Katsu:
Prepare the oil in a skillet for frying.
Coat chicken with flour, dip and soak in the beaten egg, then roll and seal the surface with Panko.
Fry until golden brown and cooked
Cut into 4 pieces and serve warm with rice and sauce.

"Panko" is the name of brand breadcrumbs from japan, if not, you can replace with another brand
