Fillet Turkey Parmigiana

Ingredients:
4 turkey breast
100 g flour paneer
1 teaspoon dried basil
25g parmesan
1 beaten egg
100 g of mozzarella


How to make:
A. Thin cut turkey meat seasoned with basil and salt and pepper then put in the eggs.
2. Once it is inserted into the flour fried with oil panir slightly brown.
3. Then, serve on a platter plus tomato sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese baked.
