Veal Schnitzel

Ingredient Veal Schnitzel
2 slices of beef flavor
Egg 1 egg, lightly beaten
1 ounce of flour (white bread)
1/2 oz butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon chopped thyme
2 tablespoons red currant jelly
5 ounces fresh cranberries
2 tablespoons rum
4 tablespoons of butter
Salt and black pepper
Taste of chicken or beef broth

How to make Veal Schnitzel:
1. Is flattened to the thinness of the flesh 5 mm. Dip in beaten egg, then breadcrumbs in turn until it rolls evenly.
2. Heat the butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry until cooked meat last berbalurtepung on both sides. Remove and set aside.
