Bruine Bonen Soep

Ingredients Bruine Bonen Soep:
250 g dried beans, soak for 1-2 hours, set aside
500 g veal ribs
2 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped
1 pc onion, roughly chopped
3 pcs tomatoes, sliced
5 stalk green onion, roughly sliced
2 stalk celery, sliced
1 btr nutmeg, crushed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 liters of water, to boil
2 tsp salt (to taste)
2 tablespoons margarine, for frying
2 tablespoons onion, for topping
How to Make Bruine Bonen Soep:
Boil beans until half cooked, remove and drain.
Boil the beef ribs, nutmeg and salt with red bean cooking water. Cook until half-cooked ribs and enter the red beans. Cook returned to the ribs and red beans cooked and tender.
Saute onion, garlic and tomatoes until fragrant. Put it in the broth, add sliced ​​celery, green onion, and pepper. Cook until all ingredients are cooked. Lift.
Serve while hot and sprinkle with fried onions.
